Shipping & Returns
Orders are shipped within 2-3 business days via Canada Post Expedited. Once the order is shipped you will be provided with a Canada Post tracking number. We currently only ship within Canada.
If there are any delays in the shipping of your order, we will contact you within 48 hours to discuss alternate shipping options.
All shipments will require a signature upon receipt of order. Please make sure to inspect your package prior to signing. Any damage to packaging or discrepancies with regards to the number of packages must be noted on the packing slip prior to signing. Please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order if there are any damages to the contents of your order.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Items can be returned up to 14 days from the date on the receipts for a store credit. Returned items must be new, unused and in it's original condition with original tags attached. You must include either the original receipt or a gift receipt with the return.
Returned items will be inspected to make sure it is in resellable condition prior to issuing a store credit. Items that are returned in less then original condition will be subject to restocking fees, which will be deducted from your store credit.
Original shipping charges are not refundable. We are not responsible for any costs associated with returning an item, unless the error was ours. We recommend customers purchase shipping insurance on returning items. Orders that were shipped via Free Shipping will have the original shipping costs deducted from their store credit.
